A simple explanation of what Acrossly receives through this website, why we use it, and the choices you have.

Updated September 3, 2026

Information we receive

We receive the information you choose to share with us. If you email Acrossly, that may include your name, email address, church or organization, and anything you include in your message.

Like most websites, our hosting provider may process basic technical details needed to deliver and protect the site, such as an IP address, device or browser information, and request logs.

How we use it

We use information to reply to you, understand how Acrossly may help your church, support an ongoing relationship, improve the website, and keep our services secure. We do not use information you share with us to build unrelated advertising profiles.

How we share it

We do not sell or rent personal information. We may share only what is necessary with providers that help us run the website and email, or when the law, safety, or security genuinely requires it.

Those providers handle information under their own privacy terms and only for the services they provide to us.

How long we keep it

We keep information only for as long as it is useful for the conversation or working relationship, and for any period we reasonably need for security, recordkeeping, or legal obligations. When it is no longer needed, we remove it or make it anonymous where practical.

A note about sensitive information

The public Acrossly website and our general inbox are not the right place for confidential pastoral, counselling, health, payment, or church-member information. Please keep those details out of an initial email to us.

Your choices

You can ask what information we have about you, request a correction or deletion, or ask any privacy question by emailing hello@acrossly.app. We will respond as reasonably and promptly as we can.

If this changes

As Acrossly grows, this page may change too. We will post the updated version here and change the date at the top so it is easy to see when the page was revised.
